A Strategy-Focused Investment Team
Fuller Realty Interests, LLC and its affiliates, is a privately owned, full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. Established in 1979, the principals of Fuller have been partners since 1994 and have a combined 76 years of commercial real estate experience.
The principals of Fuller invest in every Fuller sponsored acquisition. Our partnership structures are designed such that our investment partners must do well for Fuller to do well. Our investment structures consist of direct acquisition or joint venture partnerships with our numerous relationships entailing institutional capital, private equity, and high net worth family offices. As an operating partner, we provide a full range of services and investment opportunities to our partners.
Current SF AUM
In addition to our investment services, our team also provide comprehensive, in-house leasing and management services.
We operate and lease all the buildings we own and offer third party leasing and management as well. With our background directly tied to ownership, we manage and lease every asset as such to achieve maximum owner returns. While we are hired as a third party manager, we act more as an investment partner working to drive investor success.
